  1. SALES AND MARKETING POSITION
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • Possesses good communication skills; fluent in English
    • Male or Female
    • At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for the position
    • Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Marketing / Business development or equivalent
    • Setting sales and marketing KPIs to manage actively within the team
    • Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with marketing strategy
    • Highly motivated. Must be focused and driven
  2. DEAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
    • Implements, supports and periodically reviews the school's vision-mission statement
    • Participates in the strategic planning and provides inputs in the curriculum development
    • Supervises and evaluates the performance of the program heads;
    • Oversees the overall operation of the School of Business
    • Spearheads the selection process, evaluation, hiring and retention of faculty members;

    • Ensures the professional development of faculty members and non-teaching staff
    • Consistent with school's policies, recommends appropriate salary, benefits and/or promotion of faculty members;
    • Together with the program heads, conducts regular academic advising to students and provides appropriate recommendation/s when necessary;
    • Provides inputs/recommendations/ improvements on the institutional policies and procedures, especially in the area of academics
    • Provides support and assistance to the administrative work and initiatives initiated by the VP- Academics
  3. CHAIRPERSON, GENERAL EDUCATION
    • Must have a Master’s Degree, preferably in English and other education courses;
    • Must have at least four (4) years of teaching experience; with administrative appointment is an advantage
    • Communication skills (verbal and written)
  4. SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS
    • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialization in Language, Humanities, Communication, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Philosophy, Physical Education and Health
    • Must be a LET Passer 
    • With at least 1 year of teaching experience in high school level
  5. STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGER
    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in education, business or any related course
    • With master’s degree is an advantage
    • High level of English proficiency (oral and written)
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively listen to all points of view, build consensus on initiatives and issues, and inform others of policies and plans.
    • Experienced in school administration and leadership
    • Familiar with most DepEd  guidelines on student affairs administration
    • Has ability to use data and analytics to identify leading indicators of student retention and success
    • Proven ability to develop institutional policies and practices that are consistent with trends in higher education law
    • Experience in providing response and assistance to students in crisis situations
  6. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
    • Graduate of BS Accountancy
    • CPA is an advantage
    • 3 year-work experience in accounting field
    • Proficient in Microsoft excel and word application, quick books etc.
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
    • Knowledge in preparation of financial reports
  7. CASHIER
    • College graduate of any business related course
    • 3-year related experience
    • Knowledgeable in MS application
  8. IT SPECIALIST
    • Must be a graduate of any IT-related course
    • With at least 2-5 year work experience
    • Knowledge in IT support or computers, both software and hardware
    • Can adapt to fast paced working environment
  9. JUNIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
    • Must be a graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Programming and allied courses
    • With at least 2-3 years working experience in the related field specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
    • Assisting in the support of PC software and hardware; and
    • Managing network infrastructure, routers, network switchers/hubs, and wireless routers;
  10. IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
    • Must be a graduate of bachelor degree course in Information and Technology
    • 1-2 years IT support/Technical support experience
  11. BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or any allied course
    • Must have 4-5 year work experience in property management, building maintenance and administration
  12. BUILDING MAINTENANCE
    • Tesda Graduate Electrical
    • 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance
    • Knowledge of chiller, pumps, controls and Generator set
  13. FACILITIES ASSISTANT/STOCKMAN
    • Must be a graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course;
    • With at least 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse or storage operations;
    • Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting and standing;
    • Efficient coordination and organization skills with her clients.
