With an impressive 93.75% passing rate, iACADEMY lands first among the top-performing schools which garnered the highest ratings in the recently concluded Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam.

Emerging as the Top 10 examinee out of 356 examinees is Dexter Go, a graduate of iACADEMY BS Real Estate Management, with a rating of 82.5%. 

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Licensure Examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi and Tacloban on September 7.
